What we do with your details.

This page covers the form on this website. It is written to be read, not to be survived.

Who is responsible

One Good Site is responsible for the information you send through this website. It is a trading name of a company registered in the United Kingdom.

You can reach us at hello@onegoodsite.co.uk about anything on this page. That includes asking for our full registered company details, which we will send you.

What we collect

Only what the form asks for:

• Your email address.
• Your business name, or the address of the website you have now.

Nothing else is collected. We do not ask for a phone number, an address or payment details at this stage.

Why we use it

To reply to you, and to build and send you the free preview you asked for. That is the only reason. The lawful basis is that you asked us to take these steps before entering into a contract.

Who else sees it

Our email provider and the company that hosts this website process it on our behalf so the message can reach us. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

If you become a customer, for as long as we work together and for six years afterwards, because tax records require it. If you do not, we delete your enquiry within twelve months. You can ask us to delete it sooner.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no tracking pixel and no advertising code on it. Your browser's time zone is read once, on your own device, to show the price in your local currency. That reading is never sent to us or to anyone else.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or object to us holding it. Write to hello@onegoodsite.co.uk and we will act within one month.

If you are not happy with how we handle it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

If this page changes, the date below changes with it.
