Refunds.

The short version

Say no to the preview and you owe nothing. Change your mind after you have paid but before the site is live, and you get all your money back. After it is live, it is yours and we do not refund a change of mind.

Before you pay

The preview is free. You can say no at any time, for any reason. You owe nothing and we do not chase you. We take the preview link down.

After you pay, before it is live

You can cancel at any time and we refund the full amount. Email hello@onegoodsite.co.uk and say you want to cancel. No reason needed.

If we are late

If we are not live within 14 days of having everything we asked you for, you can cancel and we refund the full amount.

If something is wrong

If something we built does not work as we described, tell us. We fix it at no charge. If we have not fixed it within 14 days of you telling us, we refund the full amount.

After it is live

Once the site is live and you have the files, we do not refund a change of mind. You have the finished work. Section 8 of the terms covers what you can still ask us to change.

How the refund is paid

• We refund to the card or account you paid from, in the currency you paid in.
• We send it within 5 working days of agreeing it. Your bank may take longer to show it.
• We cover our own payment fees. You get back the full amount you paid us.
• Anything you bought from someone else, such as a domain, is between you and them. We never buy anything on your behalf.

How to ask

Write to hello@onegoodsite.co.uk from the address you used to order. We reply the same day.

Your legal rights

If you are buying as an individual and not for a business, you may have legal rights that this page does not take away.
